PADS

Public Action to Deliver Shelter (PADS) provides food and shelter for homeless and needy individuals. Our program operates under the Lake County Chapter of PADS, which provides strict guidelines for operating a shelter. St. Mary welcomes 30-35 homeless guests on Wednesday nights from October through April in the little church basement. Volunteers are needed for various responsibilities and at different shifts.
